Abstract of the Disclosure A multipurpose cooking rack which can support large sizes of meat when in one position and smaller sizes of food items such as meat and vegetables when in an inverted position. The cooking rack is of a generally V- shaped configuration having combined handle and foot members at the ends as well as food impaling members extending at the sides.
