The invention concerns a mechanical nasal dilator comprising a frame provided with support plates (6, 6') at its ends, the frame including a central extranasal portion (1) and two intranasal portions (2, 2'), wherein the extranasal portion (2) of the frame is globally U-shaped, whereof the central portion is elastic and spaces apart the nose wings by spring effect, the end of each of the branches of the U being itself U-shaped whereof one branch forms one part of the extranasal portion of the frame and the other branch, located between the branches of the extranasal portion of the frame, forms said intranasal portions (2, 2').

Dilatateur nasal mécanique comportant une armature munie de plaquettes d'appui (6,6') à ses extrémités, l'armature comprenant une partie centrale extranasale (1) et deux parties intranasales (2,2'), dans lequel la partie extranasale (1) de l'armature a une forme générale en U, dont la partie centrale est élastique et écarte les ailes du nez par effet ressort, l'extrémité de chacune des branches du U étant elle-même en forme de U dont une branche est une partie de la partie extranasale de l'armature et l'autre branche, située, entre les branches de la partie extranasale de l'armature, constitue une des parties intranasales (2,2') précitées.
