L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés d'imidazotriazolopyrimidine de la formule générale (I), leurs procédés de préparation et leur utilisation comme médicament. Dans cette formule, les lignes discontinues entre les atomes d'azote indiquent l'existence d'une liaison double dans l'une de deux positions possibles, de sorte que les radicaux R<4> et R<6> ou bien R<3> et R<2> ne peuvent pas être présents simultanément, et les radicaux R<1> à R<6> peuvent avoir la signification indiquée dans la description et les revendications.
