Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising an NK-1 receptor antagonist (e.g., substance P receptor antagonist) for treatment delayed emesis. More specifically, the composition comprises a therapeutically effective amount of: (2S,3S)-3-(2-methoxy-5-trifluoromethoxybenzyl)amino-2- phenylpiperidine; (2S,3S)-N-(5-tert-butyl-2-methoxyphenyl)- methyl-2-diphenylmethyl-1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]octan-3-amine; or (2S,3S)-N-(5-isopropyl-2-methoxyphenyl)methyl-2-diphenyl- methyl-1-azabicyclo-[2.2.2]octan-3-amine; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent.

Divulgation d'une composition pharmaceutique comprenant un antagoniste du récepteur des NK-1 (p. ex., antagoniste du récepteur de la substance P) pour le traitement des vomissements à retardement.
