The invention concerns an immunogenic or vaccine composition inducing an immune response against the native E7 protein of Papillomavirus HPV-16, without simultaneously inducing immunosuppression, said composition comprising, as active principle, a non-immunosuppressive mutated E7 protein comprising the amino acid sequence consisting, from the N-terminal, towards the C-terminal, of: (i) amino acid sequences 1-19 of sequence SEQ ID N·3; (ii) an amino acid sequence having (a) substitution of at least one amino acid, relative to the corresponding sequence of amino acids 20-29 of sequence SEQ ID N·3 or (b) deletion of at least four consecutive amino acids, relative to the corresponding sequence of amino acids 20-29 of sequence SEQ ID N·3; and (iii) the sequence of amino acids 30-98 of sequence SEQ ID N·3.
L'invention concerne une composition immunogène ou vaccinale induisant une réponse immunitaire à l'encontre de la protéine E7 native du Papillomaris HPV- 16, sans induire simultanément une immunosuppression, ladite composition comprenant, à titre de principe actif, une protéine E7 mutée non immunosuppressive comprenant la séquence en acides aminés qui consiste, de l'extrémité N-terminale, vers l'extrémité C-terminale, en : (i) la séquence d'acides aminés 1-19 de la séquence SEQ ID N~3 ; (ii) une séquence d'acides aminés possédant (a) la substitution d'au moins un acide aminé, par rapport à la séquence correspondante d'acides aminés 20-29 de la séquence SEQ ID N~3 ou (b) la délétion d'au moins quatre acides aminés consécutifs, par rapport à la séquence correspondante d'acides aminés 20-29 de la séquence SEQ ID N~3 , et (iii) la séquence d'acides aminés 30-98 de la séquence SEQ ID N~3.
