A nonhuman animal showing the symptoms of human nonalcoholic steatohepatitis which is obtained by transplanting human liver cells into a nonhuman animal having immunodeficient hepatopathy to thereby construct a chimeric nonhuman animal, and then transplanting the human liver cells that have been proliferated in the body of this chimeric nonhuman animal into a nonhuman animal having immunodeficient hepatopathy of the same species as the nonhuman animal having immunodeficient hepatopathy as described above; a nonhuman animal showing the symptoms of human fatty liver which is obtained by transplanting human liver cells into a nonhuman animal having immunodeficient hepatopathy to thereby construct a chimeric nonhuman animal.
La présente invention concerne un animal non humain présentant les symptômes d'une stéatohépatite non alcoolique humaine qui est obtenu par une transplantation de cellules hépatiques humaines dans un animal non humain atteint d'une hépatopathie immunodéficiente de façon à générer un animal non humain chimérique, suivie de la transplantation des cellules hépatiques humaines qui ont proliféré dans le corps de cet animal non humain chimérique dans un animal non humain atteint d'une hépatopathie immunodéficiente de la même espèce que l'animal non humain atteint d'hépatopathie immunodéficiente tel qu'il a été décrit précédemment.
