The invention relates to the combination of antibacterial nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds of the formula (I) with other antibacterial compounds, and to the use thereof as drugs. The nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds have the general formula (I) where R1 is a {CH2}n-NH2 or {CH2}n-NHR radical, R being a (C1-C6) alkyl and n being equal to 1 or 2, R2 is a hydrogen atom, R3 and R4 form together a nitrogenous heterocycle of the aromatic type with 5 vertexes including 1, 2 or 3 nitrogen atoms and optionally substituted by one or more R groups, R being selected from the group comprising a hydrogen atom and alkyl radicals containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, in the free form thereof, in zwitterion form, or in the form of salts with pharmaceutically acceptable mineral or organic bases and acids. The other antibacterial agents are selected from the group comprising beta-lactams, monobactams, penicillin, optionally combined with a beta-lactamase inhibitor, aminoglycosides, glycylcyclines, tetracyclines, quinolones, glycopeptides, lipopeptides, macrolides, ketolides, lincosamides, streptogramins, oxazolidinones, polymyxins, and other known compounds having a therapeutic activity on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacteriaceae.
Image L' invention concerne la combinaison de composés hétérocycliques azotés antibactériens de formule (I) avec d'autres composés antibactériens et leur utilisation comme médicaments. Les composés hétérocycliques azotés répondent à la formule générale (I) dans laquelle R1, représente un radical {CH2}n-NH2 ou {CH2}n-NHR, R étant un alkyle (C1-C6) et n étant égal à 1 ou 2; R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène; R3 et R4 forment ensemble un hétérocycle azoté à caractère aromatique à 5 sommets renfermant 1, 2 ou 3 atomes d'azote éventuellement substitué par un ou plusieurs groupements R', R' étant choisi dans le groupe constitué par un atome d'hydrogène et les radicaux alkyle renfermant de 1 à 6 atomes de carbone, sous forme libre, de zwitterions, et sous forme de sels avec les bases et les acides minéraux ou organiques pharmaceutiquement acceptables. Les autres agents antibactériens sont choisis dans le groupe constitué par les beta-lactames, les monobactames, les pénicillines, le cas échéant combinés à un inhibiteur de beta lactamases, les aminoglycosides, les glycylcyclines, les tétracyclines, les quinolones, les glycopeptides, les lipopeptides, les macrolides, les kétolides, les lincosamides, les streptogramines, les oxazolidinones, les polymyxines et les autres composés connus doués d'une activité thérapeutique sur Pseudomonas aeraginosa et Enterobacteriaceae.
