In accordance with the present invention, there are provided isolated nucleic acids encoding a human netrin, a human ATP binding cassette transporter, a human ribosomal L3 subtype, and a human augmenter of liver regeneration as well as isolated protein products encoded thereby. The present invention provides nucleic acid probes that hybridize to invention nucleic acids as well as isolated nucleic acids comprising unique gene sequences located on chromosome 16. Further provided are vectors containing invention nucleic acids, host cells transformed therewith, as well as transgenic non-human mammals that express invention polypeptides. The present invention includes antisense oligonucleotides, antibodies and compositions containing same. Additionally, the invention provides methods for identifying compounds that bind to invention polypeptides.
Cette invention concerne des acides nucléiques isolés codant la nétrine humaine, un transporteur de cassette de liaison de l'ATP humaine, un sous-type L3 ribosomique humain et un augmenteur humain de la régénération du foie ainsi que des produits protéiniques isolés codés par ceux-ci. Cette invention concerne également des sondes d'acide nucléique qui s'hybrident aux acides nucléiques de l'invention ainsi qu'aux acides nucléiques isolés comprenant des séquences de gènes uniques situées sur le chromosome 16. L'invention concerne, d'autre part, des vecteurs contenant les acides nucléiques de l'invention, des cellules hôtes transformées par ceux-ci ainsi que des mammifères non humains transgéniques qui expriment les polypeptides de l'invention. L'invention concerne en outre des oligonucléotides antisens, des anticorps et des compositions les contenant, et des procédés d'identification de ces composés qui se fixent aux polypeptides de l'invention.
