The present invention aims to produce a novel pharmaceutically useful indazole derivative having a spiro ring structure in a side chain, and to find a novel pharmacological action of the derivative. Specifically disclosed is a compound represented by the general formula (I) below, which has excellent Rho kinase inhibitory activity. In the formula below, ring X represents a benzene ring or a pyridine ring; R1 and R2 independently represent a halogen, H, OH, alkoxy, cycloalkyloxy, aryloxy, alkyl, cycloalkyl or the like; R3 represents a halogen, H or the like; R4 and R5 independently represent a halogen, H or the like; R6 and R7 independently represent H, an alkyl or the like; and m, n, p and q independently represent an integer of 0-3. In this connection, each group may have a substituent.

La présente invention vise à produire un nouveau dérivé d'indazole utile du point de vue pharmaceutique ayant une structure cyclique spiro dans une chaîne latérale et à trouver une nouvelle action pharmacologique du dérivé. L'invention concerne précisément un composé représenté par la formule générale (I) ci-dessous, lequel a une excellente activité d'inhibition de la Rho kinase. Dans la formule ci-dessous, le cycle X représente un cycle benzène ou un cycle pyridine; R1 et R2 représentent chacun indépendamment un halogène, H, OH, un alcoxy, un cycloalcoxy, un aryloxy, un alkyle, un cycloalkyle ou similaire; R3 représente un halogène, H ou similaire; R4 et R5 représentent chacun indépendamment un halogène, H ou similaire; R6 et R7 représentent chacun indépendamment H, un alkyle ou similaire; et m, n, p et q représentent chacun indépendamment un nombre entier de 0-3. A cet égard, chaque groupe peut avoir un substituant.
