The invention concerns compounds of formula (I), wherein: R¿1?, R¿2?, R¿3? and R¿4? represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl radical comprising 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a phenyl radical optionally substituted by one or several groups selected among vinyl, hydroxy, nitro, amino, bromo, chloro, fluoro, iodo, benzyloxy radicals, alkyl or alkyloxy radicals comprising 1 to 4 carbon atoms optionally substituted by one or several bromo, chloro, fluoro or iodo groups; R¿5?, R¿6?, R¿7? and R¿8? represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical comprising 1 to 4 carbon atoms; R¿a?, R¿b?, and R¿c? represent a hydrogen atom, a phenyl radical optionally substituted by one or several groups selected among the vinyl, hydroxy, nitro, amino, bromo, chloro, fluoro, iodo, benzyloxy radicals, alkyl or alkyloxy radicals comprising 1 to 4 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by one or several bromo, chloro, fluoro or iodo groups. The invention also concerns a silica modified by a compound of formula (I); a sole-gel material derived from a compound of formula (I); a mesoporous silica modified by a compound of formula (I). The invention further concerns the use of said materials for selective trapping of carbon monoxide.

L'invention concerne des composés de formule (I), (voir formule (I)) dans lesquels: R1, R2, R3 et R4 représentent un atome d'hydrogène, un radical alkyle comprenant 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, un radical phényle éventuellement substitué par un ou plusieurs groupes choisis parmi les radicaux vinyle, hydroxy, nitro, amino, bromo, chloro, fluoro, iodo, les radicaux benzyloxy, les radicaux alkyle ou alkyloxy comportant 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, éventuellement substitué par un ou plusieurs groupes bromo, chloro, fluoro ou iodo; R5, R6, R7 et R8 représentent un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyle comprenant 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, R a, R b et R c représentent un atome d'hydrogène, un radical phényle éventuellement substitué par un ou plusieurs groupes choisis parmi les radicaux vinyle, hydroxy, nitro, amino, bromo, chloro, fluoro, iodo, benzyloxy, les radicaux alkyle ou alkyloxy comportant 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, éventuellement substitués par un ou plusieurs groupes bromo, chloro, fluoro ou iodo. L'invention concerne également une silice modifiée par un composé de formule (I), un unique matériau sol-gel dérivé d'un composé de formule (I); une silice mésoporeuse modifiée par un composé de formule (I). L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation de ces matériaux pour le piégeage sélectif de monoxyde de carbone.
