The present invention relates to nutritional and pharmaceutical compositions. More particularly it is concerned with improving compositions which due to the presence of an efflorescent component may be unstable and prone to decomposition and/or spoilage. The problem is overcome by incorporating one or more anhydrous compounds into the composition in an amount capable of sequestering any water which may be released from one or more water containing components. The preferred anhydrous compounds are anhydrous or calcined MgSO4 and CaO.
La présente invention concerne des compositions nutritionnelles et pharmaceutique. Elle s'intéresse plus particulièrement à l'amélioration de compositions qui, à cause de la présence d'une substance efflorescente, peuvent être instables ou exposées à la décomposition/putréfaction. La solution consiste à incorporer dans la composition un ou plusieurs composés anhydres, ceci en dose suffisante pour séquestrer toute eau susceptible d'être libérée par une ou plusieurs substances contenant de l'eau. Ces composés anhydres sont de préférence du MgSO¿4? et du CaO anhydres ou calcinés.
