The present invention provides an O/W emulsion composition containing an adenosine phosphate or salt thereof. More particularly, the invention provides an O/W emulsion composition which has excellent emulsion stability. The O/W emulsion composition of the invention can be prepared using an adenosine phosphate or salt thereof, a polyglycerin fatty acid ester, an alkanoyl lactylic acid or the salt thereof, an acrylic acid-alkyl methacrylate copolymer, water, an oil, and preferably, a polyhydric alcohol.

L'invention concerne une composition émulsifiante d'huile dans l'eau contenant un électrolyte, et plus particulièrement une composition émulsifiante d'huile dans l'eau dont la stabilité émulsifiante est excellente malgré la présence d'électrolyte. Ladite composition peut être obtenue à partir d'un électrolyte, d'un ester de polyglycérol/ d'acides gras, d'un acide lactique alcanoyle ou d'un de ses sels, d'un copolymère d'acide acrylique/méthacrylate alkyle, d'eau et d'huile, et de préférence à partir d'un alcool polyhydrique.
