alpha,gamma-Diaminobutyric acid (DAB) containing oligopeptide derivatives of formula R'-NH-A wherein R' is a cell recognition agent, a membrane permeabilizing agent, a subcellular localization agent or a making agent; A is an oligopeptide devoid of one amino group and containing 1 to 200 amino acids, wherein at least one of the amino acid is alpha,gamma-diaminobutyric acids (DAB) and the terminal carboxyl group of the oligopeptide is converted into an amide, lower alkyl amide, di-lower alkyl amide or hydrazide are useful as a carrier for the transfection of cells with a polynucleotide or any other anionic macromolecule.

Dérivés oligopeptidiques contenant de l'acide alpha,gamma-diaminobutyrique (DAB) de formule R'-NH-A où R' est un agent de reconnaissance cellulaire, un agent de perméabilisation de la membrane, un agent de localisation infracellulaire ou un agent masquant; A est un oligopeptide privé d'un groupe amino et contenant 1 à 200 acides aminés, où au moins un des acides aminés est un acide alpha,gamma-diaminobutyrique (DAB) et le groupe carboxyle terminal de l'oligopeptide est converti en amide, en alkyle inférieur-amide, en di-alkyle inférieur-amide ou en hydrazide; ces dérivés sont utiles comme transporteur pour la transfection des cellules par un polynucléotide ou toute autre macromolécule anionique.
