The invention relates to an antenna system (100) to be embarked on an aircraft, comprising a phase-control array antenna (110) including a plurality of polarisation-controlled elementary antennas (120) connected to at least one beam formatter (151, 152), that comprises: a calculator (160) adapted for calculating phase-offset values (fv, fH) and attenuation coefficients (av, aH) from position and attitude information of the aircraft, co-ordinates of a telecommunication satellite and polarisation characteristics of a transponder of said satellite; a polarisation control means (130) using said phase-offset values and said attenuation coefficients for controlling the polarisation of said elementary antennas.
La présente invention concerne un système d'antenne (100) destiné à être embarqué sur un aéronef, comprenant une antenne réseau à commande de phase (110) constituée d'une pluralité d'antennes élémentaires contrôlables en polarisation (120), connectées à au moins un formateur de faisceau (151, 152), comprenant : - un calculateur (160) adapté à calculer des valeurs de déphasages (.PHI.v, .PHI.H ) et des coefficients d'atténuation (.ALPHA.v, (.alpha.H) à partir d'informations de position et d'attitude de l'aéronef, des coordonnées d'un satellite de télécommunication ainsi que des caractéristiques de polarisation d'un transpondeur de ce satellite; - des moyens de contrôle de polarisation (130) utilisant lesdites valeurs de déphasages et les coefficients d' atténuation pour contrôler la polarisation des dites antennes élémentaires.
