An operating method of a washing machine capable of efficiently washing and sterilizing laundry with a relatively large amount of contaminants is disclosed. The operating method of a washing machine which includes a tub (120) for storing washing water, a drum (130) for accommodating laundry, and a steam generator (210) that is supplied with water for generating steam separately from the washing water to supply steam to the laundry, the operating method including performing a primary rinsing operation (S 130) for rinsing the laundry to discharge contaminants having a relatively large size to prevent a secondary contamination due to the contaminants having a relatively large size, performing a steam washing operation (S160) for supplying, steam to steep the contaminants in water and sterilize the laundry while operating the drum, and performing a main washing operation (S170) for removing the contaminants and dissolving protein through high-temperature washing water containing a detergent while operating the drum.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de fonctionnement d'une machine à laver qui permet de laver et de stériliser de manière efficace un linge souillé par une quantité relativement importante de contaminants. Le procédé de fonctionnement de l'invention s'applique à une machine à laver qui comprend: une cuve destinée à stocker l'eau de lavage; un tambour destiné à recevoir du linge; et un générateur de vapeur alimenté en eau qui est destiné à produire de la vapeur indépendamment de l'eau de lavage afin de fournir de la vapeur au linge. Le procédé précité consiste à: effectuer une première opération de rinçage afin de rincer le linge pour en éliminer les contaminants d'une taille relativement grande et empêcher une contamination secondaire liée à ces derniers; effectuer une opération de lavage à la vapeur afin de fournir de la vapeur pour mouiller les contaminants et stériliser le linge pendant le fonctionnement du tambour; et effectuer une opération de lavage principale afin d'éliminer les contaminants et de dissoudre les protéines dans une eau de lavage à haute température contenant un détergent pendant le fonctionnement du tambour.
