A address information is recorded in a meandering track groove (2) of an optical disc medium. The track groove (2) consists of unit sections (22, 23), where the side faces of the unit sections (22, 23) are displaced periodically in the radial direction of the disc. This displacement oscillates in a single cycle along the track, and the pattern of displacement differs with the bit (subinformation) of address information allocated to each of the sections (22, 23).
