A method for producing a preform of an optical fiber having a complex structure with high precision, a method for producing an optical fiber, and an optical fiber are disclosed. The method for producing a preform of an optical fiber comprising a center core portion disposed in the center of the optical fiber and having an index of refraction the maximum value of which is Nc, a depressed portion disposed outside the center core portion and at least having an index of refraction the minimum value of which is Nd, a ring portion having an index of refraction the minimum value of which is Nr, and an outer cladding layer having an index of refraction the maximum value of which is No, the relationship between the indexes of refraction being Nc >= Nr > No > Nd. The method comprises a glass rod producing step of inserting a rod including at least the center core portion into a pipe including at least the depressed portion and integrating them into one piece by collapsing to produce a glass rod, a glass pipe producing step of producing a glass pipe having a ring portion, and an integrating step of inserting the glass rod into the glass pipe and then integrating them into one piece by collapsing to produce a glass body.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'une préforme d'une fibre optique ayant une structure complexe et de haute précision, sur un procédé de fabrication d'une fibre optique et sur la fibre optique elle-même. Le procédé de production d'une préforme d'une fibre optique consiste à former une partie âme placée au centre de la fibre optique et ayant un indice de réfraction dont la valeur maximale est Nc, une partie enfoncée se trouvant à l'extérieur de la partie âme et ayant au moins un indice de réfraction dont la valeur minimale est Nd, une partie annulaire ayant un indice de réfraction dont la valeur minimale est Nr et une couche de gainage externe ayant un indice de réfraction dont la valeur maximale est No, la relation entre les indices de réfraction étant Nc >= Nr > No > Nd. Le procédé consiste à produire une tige de verre et à insérer une tige comprenant au moins la partie âme dans un tube comprenant au moins la partie enfoncée et à les intégrer dans une pièce par compression afin de former une tige de verre, produire un tube de verre ayant une partie annulaire et insérer la tige de verre dans le tube de verre et les intégrer dans une pièce par compression pour produire un corps en verre.
