An optical polyurethane resin composition which comprises: a polyisocyanate ingredient comprising at least one cyclic polyisocyanate selected from the group consisting of alicyclic polyisocyanates, araliphatic polyisocyanates, and modifications of these; and a polyol ingredient having an average hydroxy value of 280-1,240 mg-KOH/g and an average functional-group number of 2-5, excluding 2 and 5.
