A photoresponsive imaging member comprised of a photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer comprised of a mixture of a bipheny diamine and a polysilylene. The mixture may be comprised of from 10 to 75% by weight of the bipheny diamine and from 90 to 25% by weight of the polysilylene, and the bipheny diamine may be N,N'-bis(4-methylphenyl)-N,N'-bis(4- ethylphenyl)-[1,1'-(3,3'-dimethyl)biphenyl]-4,4'-diamine. The photogenerating layer pigment can be selected from the group consisting of metal free phthalocyanines, metal phthalocyanines, vanadyl phthalocyanines, titanyl phthalocyanines, selenium and selenium alloys.
