The invention relates to oxazin(thi)one compounds of formula (1) in which the variables Z, R1, R2, R3 and n have the meaning cited in claim 1 and A represents a 5 or 6 membered carbocycle, fused with the oxazin(thi)one by means of two C atoms or a 5 or 6 membered heterocycle comprising 1, 2 or 3 heteroatoms, selected from N, O and S.The invention also relates to the salts of oxazin(thi)one(1) compounds for use in agriculture. The invention further relates to the use of compounds and their salts to combat phytopathogenic fungi, as well as agents containing a fungicidally effective amount of said compounds (1) and/or salts(1) thereof. The invention also relates to a method for combatting phytopathogenic fungi, according to which said fungi, materials, plants, seeds and soil, which risk being attacked by fungi are treated with a fungicidally effective amount of at least one compound of formula (1) according to (claim 1) and /or a salt thereof.
L'invention concerne des composés d'oxazin(thi)one de formule (I), dans laquelle les variables Z, R?1¿, R?2¿, R?3¿ et n ont la signification indiquée dans la revendication 1 et A représente un carbocycle à 5 ou 6 chaînons, fusionné avec le cycle oxazin(thi)one par l'intermédiaire de deux atomes de C ou un hétérocycle à 5 ou 6 chaînons comportant 1, 2 ou 3 hétéroatomes, sélectionnés parmi N, O et S. L'invention concerne également des sels des composés d'oxazin(thi)one (I), utilisables dans l'agriculture. Elle concerne en outre l'utilisation des composés (I) et de leurs sels pour lutter contre des champignons pathogènes, ainsi que des agents contenant les composés (I) et/ou leurs sels dans des proportions ayant un effet fongicide, et un procédé pour lutter contre des champignons pathogènes, selon lequel on traite les champignons ou les matériaux, les plantes, les semences ou le sol, menacés par l'attaque de champignons, avec une quantité, ayant un effet fongicide, d'au moins un composé de formule (I) selon la revendication 1 et/ou d'un sel de (I).
