Abstract: Oxime ether derivative, preparation thereof and germicide containing the same Disclosed are a compound represented by the formula (I): Image (I) wherein Q and R are described in the specification, a method for preparing the compound of the formula (I) by reacting a compound represented by the formula Q - ? = N - OH (II) wherein Q and R are the same as defined above, with a compound of the formula (III): Image (III) wherein X represents an eliminable group, under alkaline conditions, and a germicide containing the compound of the formula (I) as an active ingredient.
