LAMINATED BALLOON AND METHOD OF MAKING IT Abstract of the Disclosure A method of making a balloon includes making a flexible web by imparting an image to one face of a flexible ply, covering that face with a second ply, and securing the two plies together. The method further includes using that flexible web to form a balloon with two panels secured along their edge portions. The balloon displays an image which lies buried within a flexible web that forms it. - 12 -
