A packaged ophthalmic perfusate and cleaning fluid bag, which comprises a gas-permeable plastic double-compartment bag and a gas-impermeable plastic packaging material for the bag and in which an oxiglutathione-containing liquid or solid preparation is enclosed in one compartment while a bicarbonate ion solution is enclosed in the other compartment, and a space between the bag and the packaging material is filled with carbon dioxide.
