ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: When a computer keyboard is used for extended periods fatigue and damage to the arm muscles may result from the lack of support for the forearms. Alternately friction on chair arms or desk edges may cause skin chafing. The subject invention provides a cushioned pad for application to either the chair arms or the desk edge. The pads provide support for the weight of the forearm, wrist and hand, and prevent chafing on surfaces abrasive to the skin. The pads may be applied to, and removed from the chair arm ends or the desk repeatedly and optionally without damage.
