An apparatus for parking a pallet truck having rear wheels which are turned and moved by a handle comprises: i) a base having a central portion to be positioned beneath the wheels; and, ii) left, right, rear and front side wheel containment portions attached to, and carried on the base, positioned around the wheels to thereby prevent the wheels from moving thereon. When the handle of the pallet truck is lifted, the wheels are thereby lifted and the central portion of the base can be positioned thereunder. The rear portion of the pallet truck is initially wholly carried on a portion of the apparatus in front of the wheels; and, subsequently when the wheels lower, they too are carried by the apparatus, in the central portion of the base.
