The invention relates to the use of esters of undecylenic acid, namely alkyl esters, polyoxyalkylene esters containing 2 to 10 oxyalkylene units, alkyl esters with C1-C12 and polyoxyethylene, polyoxypropylene and poly(oxyethylene)(oxypropylene) esters as a deodorizer for pulp and paper effluent. The invention also relates to compositions characterized in that they are composed of either a mixture of at least two of these esters, or one of these esters associated with an acceptable excipient.

L'invention a pour objet l'usage des esters de l'acide undécylénique, à savoir des esters alkyliques, polyoxyalkyléniques renfermant 2 à 10 motifs oxyalkylène, alkyliques en C1-C12 et des esters de polyoxyéthylène, polyoxypropylène et poly(oxyéthylène)(oxypropylène) comme désodorisant des effluents de papeterie. L'invention concerne également des compositions caractérisées en ce qu'elles sont constituées soit d'un mélange d'au moins deux de ces esters, soit d'un de ces esters associé à un excipient acceptable.
