Fine grain carriers useful as a drug carrier in a drug delivery system. As the fine grain carriers, use is made of a graft copolymer (A) having as the graft chain a poly(N-alkylacrylamide) or poly(N-alkylmethacrylamide); and a composition wherein the graft copolymer (A) is combined with at least one graft copolymer selected among graft copolymers (B-1) having as the graft chain polyacrylic acid or polymethacrylic acid and graft copolymers (B-2) having as the graft chain a polyvinylamine compound.

Cette invention se rapporte à des vecteurs à grain fin utiles en tant que vecteur de médicament dans un système d'apport de médicament. En tant que vecteurs à grain fin, on utilise un copolymère greffé (A) ayant comme chaîne greffée un poly(N-alkylacrylamide) ou un poly(N-alkylméthacrylamide) ainsi qu'une composition dans laquelle le copolymère greffé (A) est combiné à au moins un copolymère greffé sélectionné parmi des copolymères greffés (B-1) ayant comme chaîne greffée de l'acide polyacrylique ou de l'acide polyméthacrylique et des copolymères greffés (B-2) ayant comme chaîne greffée un composé polyvinylamine.
