ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: Novel acylaminic penicillinic antibiotics of general formula (I) and a method for their preparation are disclosed. In the general formula (I): Image (I) R has the following structure: Image wherein R3 is hydrogen, lower alkyl residue, lower alkoxycarbonyl residue or phenyl residue; R4, R5, R6 designates hydrogen, lower alkyl residue, halogen or lower alkoxyl residue; A is oxygen or N-lower alkyl residue; n takes values 0 or 1; R1 is hydrogen or hydroxyl group and R2 is hydrogen, alkaline metal or carboxy protective group. These antibiotics have a high antimicrobial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms.
