Disclosed is an isolated and purified peptide comprising a leucine positioned two peptide bonds away from a tyrosine-arginine pair, such as having the configuration: leucine-blank-blank-tyrosine-arginine, tyrosine-arginine-blank- blank-leucine, or, leucine-blank-blank-tyrosine-arginine-blank-blank-leucine, where blank is any amino acid. Other peptides of the invention include those with the sequence cysteine-blank-blank-proline-histidine-blank-blank-blank- cysteine; cysteine-blank-proline-histidine-blank-proline-blank-blank-cysteine. The peptides can be linked to a carrier such as a multiply antigen protein or a plant virus particle. Isolated and purified peptides of the invention can be used to induce canine autoantibodies directed to the canine igE molecule.
La présente invention concerne un peptide isolé et purifié comprenant une leucine située à deux chaînes peptidiques d'une paire de tyrosine-arginine, de sorte à présenter la configuration leucine-blanc-blanc-tyrosine-arginine-blanc-blanc-arginine-blanc-blanc-leucine, ou leucine-blanc-blanc-tyrosine-arginine-blanc-blanc-leucine, dans laquelle blanc est un acide aminé. L'invention concerne également d'autres peptides présentant une séquence cystéine-blanc-blanc-proline-histidine-blanc-blanc-blanc-cystéine. Ces peptides peuvent se lier à un vecteur telles des protéines d'antigène de multiplication ou une particule de virus végétale. Les peptides isolés et purifiés de l'invention peuvent être utilisés en vue d'induire des autoanticorps canins dirigés contre la molécule igE canine.
