Use of a peptide vector for intracellular addressing of a substance of interest, said vector essentially comprising a peptide which is derived from maurocalcine corresponding to the following sequence (I): Z-X1-X2-X3-X4-X5-X6-X7-X8-X9-X10-X11-X12-X13-X14-X15-X16-X17-X18-X19-X20-X21-X22-X23-X24-X25-X26-Z', wherein X1 and X26 each represent a cysteine, X2 to X25 each represent an amino acid or are absent, X7, X10, X11, X12, X13, X14, X15, and X16 are always present, and X10, X11, X13 and X14 each represent a lysin or an arginine, and Z and/or Z' are absent or each represent a sequence of 1 - 35 amino acids, with the exception of the peptide having SEQ ID NO: 1 in the list of sequences contained in the annex.
Utilisation d'un vecteur peptidique pour l'adressage intracellulaire d'une substance d'intérêt, ledit vecteur étant essentiellement constitué par un peptide dérivé de la maurocalcine répondant à la séquence (I) suivante : Z-X1- X2-X3-X4-X5-X6-X7-X8-X9-X10-X11-X12-X13-X14-X15-X16-X17-X18-X19-X20-X21-X22- X23-X24-X25-X26-Z', dans laquelle X1 et X26 représentent chacun une cystéine, X2 à X25 représentent chacun un acide aminé ou sont absents, X7, X10, X11, X12, X13, X14, X15, et X16 étant toujours présents, et X10, X11, X13 et X14 représentent chacun une lysine ou une arginine, et Z et/ou Z' sont absents ou représentent chacun une séquence de 1 à 35 acides aminés, à l'exception du peptide présentant la séquence SEQ ID NO : 1 dans la liste de séquences jointe en annexe.
