The present invention provides peptides and supported peptides for treating various diseases and conditions. In particularly preferred embodiments, the present invention provides compositions and methods for personal care. In some embodiments, the present invention provides compositions for use in skin and/or hair care, as well as cosmetic compositions. In alternative particularly preferred embodiments, the present invention provides peptides and supported peptides for treating diseases of the skin, such as rosacea. In some particularly preferred embodiments, the supported peptides of the present invention are anti-VEGF peptides. In alternative particularly preferred embodiments, the anti-VEGF peptides are expressed on a scaffold protein. In some most preferred embodiments, the scaffold protein comprises BBI.
La présente invention concerne des peptides et des peptides supportés permettant de traiter diverses maladies et affections. Plus particulièrement, certains modes de réalisation décrits dans cette invention concernent des compositions et des méthodes de soins personnels. Certains modes de réalisation concernent des compositions conçues pour être utilisées sur la peau et/ou pour des traitements capillaires, ainsi que des compositions cosmétiques. D'autres modes de réalisation concernent plus particulièrement des peptides et des peptides supportés permettant de traiter des maladies de la peau, telles que la couperose. Plus particulièrement, dans certains modes de réalisation, les peptides supportés sont des peptides anti-VEGF. Dans des modes de réalisation différents, les peptides anti VEGF sont exprimés sur une protéine d'échafaudage. Dans certains modes de réalisation particulièrement privilégiés, la protéine d'échafaudage comprend BBI.
