The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising a bispecific single chain antibody construct. Said bispecific single chain antibody construct is characterized to comprise or consist of at least two domains, whereby one of said at least two domains specifically binds to human EpCAM and comprises at least one CDR-H3 region comprising the amino acid sequence NXID antigen and a second domain binds to human CD3 antigen. The invention further provides a process for the production of the pharmaceutical composition of the invention, a method for the prevention, treatment or amelioration of a tumorous disease and the use of the disclosed bispecific single chain antibody construct and corresponding means in the prevention, treatment or amelioration of a tumorous disease.
L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant une construction d'anticorps bispécifique à chaîne unique. Ladite construction est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend ou est composée d'au moins deux domaines, l'un des deux domaines se liant spécifiquement à EpCAM humain et comprenant au moins une région CDR-H3 qui possède l'antigène NXD d'une séquence d'acides aminés, et l'autre domaine se liant à l'antigène humain CD3. L'invention concerne également un processus permettant de produire la composition pharmaceutique; une méthode permettant de prévenir, traiter ou améliorer une maladie tumorale. L'invention concerne enfin l'utilisation de la construction d'anticorps bispécifique à chaîne unique précitée et de moyens correspondant pour prévenir, traiter ou améliorer une maladie tumorale.
