The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition having a neurotrophic-like biological activity which comprises a first compound which binds to and/or activates at least one trk receptor, and a second component which binds to and/or activates p75 receptor, in association with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The neurotrophic-like biological activity may be that of NGF. The trk receptor may be selected from the group consisting of trkA, trkB and trkC.

L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique ayant une activité biologique de type neurotrophique, qui comprend un premier composé qui se lie à au moins un récepteur trk et/ou qui l'active et un second composé qui se lie à au moins un récepteur p75 et/ou qui l'active, en association avec un excipient utilisable en pharmacie. L'activité biologique de type neurotrophique peut être celle du NGF. Le récepteur trk peut être choisi dans le groupe constitué des récepteurs trkA, trkB et trkC.
