A pharmaceutical preparation for oral administration with controlled active ingredient release in the small intestine, on the basis of active ingredient carriers provided with at least one active ingredient which are provided with an inner layer for controlling the active ingredient release and a covering layer, arranged thereon, that is resistant to gastric juices, and is characterized in that the inner layer is constructed from at least two diffusion layers whose permeability for the diffusing active ingredient decreases from the inside to the outside, and a method for its production are described.
L'invention concerne une préparation pharmaceutique pour administration par voie orale avec libération contrôlée de substances actives dans l'intestin grêle, à base de véhicules de substances actives comportant au moins une substance active, lesdits véhicules comportant une couche interne destinée à contrôler la libération de substances actives et une couche protectrice résistante au suc gastrique disposée sur celle-ci. Selon l'invention, la préparation est caractérisée en ce que la couche interne est constituée d'au moins deux couches de diffusion, dont la perméabilité pour la substance active diffusant diminue de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de la préparation.
