A polymer composition and preparation process, which includes a mixture of crosslinkable polyolefins with high service temperature thermal coefficient in automotive cables, characterized because it has a better resistance to chemical attack through high temperatures oils of up to 150°C, a better resistance to vertical flame propagation, and an increased abrasion resistance for application in compounds to insulated and cover electrical cables and leads. The polyolefins are a chemical synergistic combination of a halogenated hydrocarbon filler combined with antimony trioxide, an alcoxysilane, a crosslinking agent, a combination of additives as process auxiliary and a combination of three antioxidant agents.
