Polymer-conjugated malonic acid derivatives having antiadhesive properties, a process for their preparation and their use as medicaments and diagnostic agents The present inYention relates to polyvalent polymer-based malonic acid derivatives having antiadhesive properties, consisting of a polyamino acid which is linked in each case by a spacer of the formula I -[-Q1-(CH2)p-Q2-]?- I in which Q1 is-CH2- or Image Q2 is-NH- or Image p is a number from 1 to 6 and r is 0 or 1, with at least one radical of the formula II Image II, in which R1 and R2 together form a six-membered carbo- or heterocyclic radical having at least one of the ring substituents R4, R5 and R6 and R3 is H, (CH2)mX or CH2O(CH2)mX1, A and B independently of one another are O, S, NH, HN-CO, OC-NH, O-CO, OC-O, NH-CO-O, O-CO-NH, S-CO, SC-O, O-CS-S, S-CS-O, NH-CS-S. S-CS-NH or CH2 and Z is a pyranose, a furanose, an open-chain polyalcohol or Y-X6, Y is -O-(CX2,X3)n, -(CX2,X3)n, -CH2-(CX2,X3)n or a satu- rated or unsaturated six-membered carbo- or hetero- cyclic radical having at least one substituent R9, or a combination of the chain -O-(CX2,X3)n or -(CX2,X3)n and the carbo- or heterocyclic radical, in which R4 R5 and R6 independently of one another are H, OH, -O-(CH2)qX4, CH2O(CH2)qX5 or HNC(O)CH3 and X, X1, X2 and X3 independently of one another are H, NH2, COOH. OH, CH2OH, CH2NH2, C1-C20-alkyl or C6-C10-aryl, X4 and X5 independently of one another are -NH- or -O- and X6 is and Image m, n and q independently of one another are a number from 1 to 20, via one of the ring substituents R4, R5 or R6, which cause intolerance reactions in vivo neither in their entirety nor in the form of degradation products, a process for their preparation and their use as medicaments or diagnostic.
L'invention concerne des dérivés polyvalents d'acide malonique à base de polymères qui présentent des propriétés anti-adhésives, et qui consistent en un acide polyamino, lié dans chaque cas par un espaceur de la formule (I) -[-Q<1>-(CH2)p-Q<2>-]r-, dans laquelle Q<1> désigne -CH2 ou (i), Q<2> désigne -NH- ou (ii), p désigne un chiffre compris entre 1 et 6 et r vaut 0 ou 1, à au moins un reste de laformule (II) dans laquelle R<1> et R<2> forment conjointement un carbo- ou un hétérocycle à six chaînons avec au moins un des substituants de composé cyclique R<4>, R<5> et R<6>, et R<3> désigne H, (CH2)mX ou CH2O(CH2)mX<1>, A et B désignent indépendamment l'un de l'autre O, S, NH, HN-CO, OC-NH, O-CO, OC-O, NH-CO-O, O-CO-NH, S-CO, SC-O, O-CS-S, S-CS-O, NH-CS-S, S-CS-S, S-CS-NH ou CH2 et Z désigne un pyrannose, un furanose, un polyalcool à chaîne ouverte ou Y-X<6>, Y désigne -O-(CX<2>, X<3>)n, -(CX<2>, X<3>)n, -CH<2>-(CX<2>, X<3>) -n ou un carbo- ou un hétérocycle saturé ou insaturé, à six chaînons avec au moins un substituant R<9> ou une combinaison de la chaîne -O- (CX<2>, X<3>)n, - (CX<2>, X<3>)n et du carbo- ou de l'hétérocycle, R<4>, R<5> et R<6> désignant indépendamment les uns des autres H, OH, -O-(CH2)qX<4>, CH2O(CH<2>)qX<5> ou HNC(O)CH3 et X, X<1>, X<2> et X<3> désignant indépendammment les uns des autres H, NH2, COOH, OH, CH2OH, CH2NH2, alkyle C1-C20 ou aryle C6-C10, X<4> et X5 désignant indépendamment l'un de l'autre -NH- ou -O- et X<6> désignant OH ou (iii), et m, n et q désignant indépendamment les uns des autres un nombre compris entre 1 et 20. L'acide polyamino est lié par l'intermédiaire d'un des substituants de composé cyclique R<4>, R<5> ou R<6>. In vivo, ces dérivés n'induisent pas de réactions d'intolérance, tant dans leur intégralité que sous forme de produits de réduction. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé permettant de préparer lesdits dérivés, ainsi que leur utilisation comme médicaments et agents diagnostiques.
