A copolymer comprising (a) one or more pendant group segments and (b) one or more polyol segments, each of said segments being linked to one or more further segments, and one or more of the pendant group segments being selected from: (i) siloxane segments; (ii) segments containing phosphoryl choline or a derivative or analogue thereof; (iii) segments containing a di- or trifluoromethyl group; (iv) heparin-like segments containing a group of formula: (XII) D-N=N-Ar-SO3- (v) segments containing a group of formula: (I) [P]n~-[Lys]n-Lys-[Spacer]-Lys-[Al]x in which D, Ar, P, Lys, Al, Spacer, x, n and n~ are as defined herein, and wherein at least a part of each of said pendant group segment(s) is on a side chain of the copolymer. The copolymer is useful in the production of implantable devices such as vascular grafts.
La présente invention concerne un copolymère comprenant (a) un ou plusieurs segments de groupe pendant et (b) un ou plusieurs segments de polyol, chacun des segments étant lié à un ou plusieurs autres segments. Un ou plusieurs des segments de groupe pendant sont choisis parmi (i) des segments siloxane, (ii) des segments contenant de la phosphoryle choline ou un dérivé ou analogue de celle-ci, (iii) des segments contenant un groupe di- ou trifluorométhyle, (iv) des segments de type héparine contenant un groupe de formule (XII) D-N=N-Ar-SO¿3??-¿, (v) des segments contenant un groupe de formule (I) [P]¿n'?-[Lys]¿n?-Lys-[espaceur]-Lys-[Al]¿x? dans laquelle D, Ar, P, Lys, Al, espaceur, x, n et n' sont tels que définis dans cette invention. Au moins une partie de chacun de ces segments de groupe pendant se trouve sur une chaîne latérale du copolymère. Le copolymère est utilisé pour produire des dispositifs implantables telles que des greffons vasculaires.
