Abstract of the Invention Surface detackification of cured polymeric compositions is achieved by photoactivating a secondary photosensitive system which is incorporated into the composition prior to curing and which is activated after curing to minimize tack on the surface of the cured article. Preferred compositions contain a photocurable polymeric binder, such as a prepolymer, and first and second photosensitive systems or components which can be selectively activated at different times by using different wavelengths of curing radiation. The compositions and methods are particularly suited for making relief printing plates.
