A novel laminin polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence set forth by SEQ ID NO:3 is disclosed. Also disclosed are compositions-of-matter comprising a polysaccharide (e.g., hyaluronic acid) and the novel laminin polypeptide; or hyaluronic acid, a laminin polypeptide and an antioxidant (e.g., superoxide dismutase), as well as matrices and hydrogels comprising same which can be used for ex vivo or in vivo tissue formation and for treatment of pathologies characterized by diseased, damaged or loss of tissue.
Cette invention se rapporte à une nouvelle laminine comprenant la séquence d'acides aminés décrite en SEQ ID NO:3. Cette invention concerne également des compositions comprenant un polysaccharide (l'acide hyaluronique par exemple) et la nouvelle laminine ; ou l'acide hyaluronique, une laminine et un antioxydant (la superoxyde dismutase par exemple), ainsi que des matrices et des hydrogels comprenant ceux-ci qui peuvent être utilisés pour la formation de tissu ex vivo ou in vivo et pour le traitement de pathologies caractérisées par du tissu malade, endommagé ou détruit.
