The present invention relates to the activation of the protein synthesis by controlling the post-transcriptional steps of mRNA translation into proteins. A polypeptide is provided, which is capable of activating said protein translation. The principal industrial application of the invention is the control of recombinant protein production in cultured cells including in bioreactors.
La présente invention concerne l'activation de la synthèse de protéine par la maîtrise des étapes post-transcriptionnelles de traduction d'ARNm dans des protéines. L'invention porte sur un polypeptide capable d'activer cette traduction de protéine. L'application industrielle principale de cette invention concerne la maîtrise de la production de protéines recombinantes dans des cellules de culture, notamment dans des bioréacteurs.
