The invention relates to a combination preparation, effective against cancer cells, comprising, as active substance, at least one 1-diethylaminoethyl-3- quinoxalin-2-one derivative of formula (I), where R1 and R2 independently = H, methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, or R1 and R2 together = a cycloalkyl compound, R3 = methoxy, ethoxy, hydroxy, H, C1-C4 alkyl, or halogen and n= 1, 2 or 3, or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt of said derivatives and an effective amount of a cytostatic anti-cancer agent, such as a compound of the oxysterol or polyphenol classes, or a mixture comprising selenium and L-cysteine and/or L- glutathione, or a mixture comprising B-complex vitamins, in particular with the vitamins B1, and/or B6 and/or B12, with the exception of cis- or oxaliplatin and irinotecan.

L'invention concerne une préparation combinée, agissant contre des cellules cancéreuses, qui contient, comme substances actives, au moins un dérivé 1-diéthylaminoéthyl-3-chinoxalin-2-one de formule (I), dans laquelle R¿1? et R¿2? représentent, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, H, méthyle, éthyle, propyle, butyle, ou bien R¿1? et R¿2? représentent ensemble un composé cycloalkyle, R¿3? représente méthoxy, éthoxy, hydroxy, H, alkyle C¿1?-C¿4?, ou halogène et n vaut 1, 2 ou 3, ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable d'un tel dérivé, ainsi qu'une quantité efficace d'un agent anticancéreux cytostatique tel qu'un composé de la classe des oxystéroles ou des polyphénoles, ou bien un mélange contenant du sélénium et de la L-cytéine et/ou L-glutanione, ou bien un mélange contenant des vitamines du complexe B, en particulier avec les vitamines B¿1? et/ou B¿6? et/ou B¿12?,¿ ?à l'exception du cisplatine ou de l'oxaliplatine et de l'irinotécan.
