The invention concerns a method for manufacturing edible decorations reproducing all types of drawings including colour drawings. These decorations are to partially or totally cover the cakes and to form with them a perfectly homogeneous whole. More precisely, the invention consists in producing a printed decoration comprising five successive layers: a first printed unleavened paper layer, a second layer of a material modifying the texture of the unleavened paper and for bonding the first and the third layers. The third layer is made of a material from the group comprising almond paste or chocolate. The fourth layer is equivalent to the second layer and the fifth layer is equivalent to the first layer. By this innovation, a printed decoration does not denature the cake and remains soft and homogeneous.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de décors comestibles reproduisant tous types de dessins y compris des dessins en couleur. Ces décors sont destinés à recouvrir partiellement ou en totalité les gâteaux qu'ils sont censés recouvrir et avec lesquels ils constituent un ensemble parfaitement homogène. D'une façon plus précise, l'invention consiste à réaliser un décor imprimé moyennant cinq couches successives: une première couche de papier azyme imprimé, une deuxième couche d'une matière permettant de modifier la texture du papier azyme et le collage entre la première et la troisième couche. La troisième couche est constituée d'une matière appartenant au groupe pâte d'amande, chocolat. La quatrième couche est équivalente à la deuxième couche et la cinquième couche est équivalente à la première couche. Grâce à cette innovation, un décor imprimé ne dénature pas le gâteau et reste souple et homogène.
