The invention relates to a method and device for injection molding plastic articles, particularly blade heads for wet shaving devices. Before the injection molding process, an insert, preferably a blade holder (50), is placed inside a cavity of a tool (12, 14) of a plastic injection molding machine. The insert is at least partially encapsulated by injection molding during the injection molding process. The insert is fed to the tool (12, 14) by first means (60) and is then placed inside the cavity by second means (22) while being guided (24) on the tool (12).

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de mouler par injection des articles en matière plastique, notamment des têtes de lame pour appareils de rasage humide. Avant le processus de moulage par injection, une pièce d'insertion, de préférence un porte-lames (50), est introduite dans une cavité d'outil (12, 14) d'une machine à mouler par injection de la matière plastique. Cette pièce d'insertion est enrobée par pulvérisation, au moins en partie, avant le processus de moulage par injection. La pièce d'insertion est acheminée jusqu'à l'outil (12, 14) par de premiers éléments (60), puis est introduite dans la cavité par de seconds éléments (22), par guidage (24) sur l'outil (12).
