The method for the production of a product by means of melting a supplied material and letting it harden, preferably a method for the production of types of glass, in particular soluble glass, in a furnace, preferably in a tank furnace, using heat recovery, is characterized in that at least one part of the heat given off by the product produced is used for preheating the supplied material. Thereby energy is saved, the capacity of the tank furnace is increased, the occupational safety is improved, and less water for cooling the conveyor belt is used for the melted glass produced.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un produit par fusion d'une charge d'alimentation et refroidissement, de préférence un procédé de production de verres, en particulier de verre soluble, dans un four, de préférence dans un four à bassin, avec récupération de chaleur, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise au moins une partie de la chaleur émise par le produit fabriqué pour préchauffer la charge d'alimentation. Ceci permet en même temps d'économiser de l'énergie, d'augmenter la capacité du four à bassin, d'améliorer la sécurité du travail et de consommer moins d'eau de refroidissement pour refroidir la bande de transport pour le verre fondu produit.
