The invention concerns a method of comparative high-throughput screening of pharmacologically active substances. In one process step the substances are deposited on test cells that contain one or more biological target molecules, the cells having an identical biological base composition and differing in their target molecules, and/or are deposited on cells having a different biological base composition and identical target molecules. The effect of the substance on the activity of the target molecules is measured using a detection system linked to the activation of the target molecule and is compared directly with the effect on other molecules.
Procédé de criblage comparatif, à rendement élevé, de substances pharmacologiquement actives. Dans une étape de ce procédé, les substances sont déposées sur des cellules tests renfermant une ou plusieurs molécules cibles biologiques, les cellules présentant une composition de base biologique identique et se différenciant par leur molécule cible, et/ou sur des cellules de composition de base différente et de molécules cibles identiques. L'effet de la substance sur l'activité des molécules cibles est mesuré à l'aide d'un système de détection lié à l'activation de la molécule cible, et comparé immédiatement avec l'effet sur d'autres molécules cibles.
