The invention concerns a process for manufacturing a unit-construction organic-electrolyte electrochemical generator comprising at least one electrochemical couple consisting of a first electrode comprising a first layer containing an electrochemically active material superimposed on a second porous layer consisting of a polymer material and having one free face, and a second electrode comprising a porous layer having at least one free face and containing an electrochemically active material. According to this process, the said electrodes are assembled by bonding, achieved by spreading an adhesive on the free face of the porous layer of one of the two electrodes, then bringing the said free face covered with a film of adhesive into contact with the free face of the porous layer of the other electrode, to form an electrochemical couple.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un générateur électrochimique à électrolyte organique de structure unitaire comportant au moins un couple électrochimique comportant une première électrode comprenant la superposition d'une première couche contenant un matériau électrochimiquement actif, et d'une deuxième couche poreuse constituée d'un matériau polymère et comportant une face libre, et une deuxième électrode comportant une couche poreuse comprenant au moins une face libre et contenant un matériau électrochimiquement actif. Selon ce procédé, lesdites électrodes sont assemblées par collage réalisé par enduction d'une colle sur la face libre de la couche poreuse d'une des deux électrodes, puis par mise en contact de ladite face libre recouverte d'un film de colle avec la face libre de la couche poreuse de l'autre électrode, pour former un couple électrochimique.
