A process for manufacturing an optical fiber (200), the process comprising: drawing an optical waveguide (205) from a glass preform (105); applying (135) a layer of a first coating material on the optical waveguide; curing the first coating layer material to obtain a first coating layer (210); applying (150) a layer of a second coating material onto the first coating layer; applying (165) a layer of colored coating material (220) onto the second coating layer; curing the second coating material and the colored coating material in a single step, to obtain a second coating layer (215) superposed on the first coating layer and a colored coating layer (220) superposed on the second coating material layer, the obtained second coating layer having an elastic modulus higher than that of the first coating layer and lower than that of the colored coating layer. An optical fiber and an apparatus for producing it are also provided.
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'une fibre optique (200), le procédé comprenant : l'étirage d'un guide d'ondes optique (205) à partir d'une préforme en verre (105) ; l'application (135) d'une couche d'un premier matériau de revêtement sur le guide d'ondes optique ; le durcissement du premier matériau de revêtement pour obtenir une première couche de revêtement (210) ; l'application (150) d'une couche d'un second matériau de revêtement sur la première couche de revêtement ; l'application (165) d'une couche de matériau de revêtement coloré (220) sur la seconde couche de revêtement ; le durcissement du second matériau de revêtement et du matériau de revêtement coloré en une seule étape, pour obtenir une seconde couche de revêtement (215) superposée sur la première couche de revêtement et une couche de revêtement colorée (220) superposée sur la seconde couche de matériau de revêtement, la seconde couche de revêtement obtenue ayant un module d'élasticité supérieur à celui de la première couche de revêtement et inférieur à celui de la couche de revêtement colorée. La présente invention a également pour objet une fibre optique et un appareil pour sa production.
