A process for preparing a multi-phase detergent tablet comprising the steps of: a) forming a tablet body by compressing a granular detergent mixture, said tablet body having a first surface, said surface having at least one mould therein and said granular detergent mixture comprises at least one detergent active agent; b) providing a gelatinous mixture under constant agitation, and delivering said gelatinous mixture to said at least one mould in said tablet body to form a gelatinous portion, said gelatinous mixture comprises at least one detergent active agent; and c) hardening or curing said gelatinous portion to form a multi-phase detergent tablet.

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'élaborer une pastille de détergent à plusieurs phases. Ce procédé se décompose en plusieurs opérations. La première opération (a) consiste à former le corps de la pastille en comprimant un mélange détergent granulaire. Une première face du corps de la pastille comporte une forme en moule. Le mélange détergent granulaire comprend au moins un agent détergent. La seconde opération (b) consiste à prendre un mélange gélatineux et, en le soumettant à une agitation continue, à le verser dans la forme en moule pour venir constituer la partie gélatineuse. Ce mélange gélatineux comprend au moins un agent détergent. La dernière opération (c) consiste à faire durcir la partie gélatineuse considérée de façon à former une pastille détergente à plusieurs phases.
