[PROBLEMS] To produce a laminated glass which is constituted of two glass plates both having a curved shape and, interposed therebetween, resinous interlayers and a plastic film sandwiched between the interlayers, while preventing the plastic film from creasing and preventing an infrared reflector film from cracking. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A process for producing a laminated glass having a plastic film inserted thereinto is provided which comprises: a step (1) in which a resinous interlayer is thermocompression-bonded to a plastic film; a step (2) in which a resinous interlayer is superposed on the plastic film thermocompression-bonded in the step (1) to thereby form a laminated film; a step (3) in which the laminated film obtained in the step (2) is inserted between two curved glass plates to form a multilayered assembly; a step (4) in which the multilayered assembly obtained in the step (3) is bonded together by pressing and heating with an autoclave; and a step (5) in which the laminated film protruding from the edges of the curved glass plates is trimmed off.
Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de la présente invention est de produire un verre feuilleté qui comporte deux plaques de verre, toutes deux ayant une forme courbe, et, interposées entre celles-ci, des couches de liaison intercouche en résine entre lesquelles un film plastique est intercalé, tout en empêchant le film plastique de faire des plis et en empêchant un film réfléchissant les infrarouges de se craqueler. À cet effet, l'invention concerne un procédé pour produire un verre feuilleté renfermant un film plastique, lequel procédé comprend : une étape (1) dans laquelle une couche de liaison intercouche en résine est collée par thermocompression à un film plastique ; une étape (2) dans laquelle une couche de liaison intercouche en résine est superposée sur le film plastique collé par thermocompression dans l'étape (1) pour former ainsi un film stratifié ; une étape (3) dans laquelle le film stratifié obtenu dans l'étape (2) est inséré entre deux plaques de verre courbes pour former un assemblage multicouche ; une étape (4) dans laquelle l'assemblage multicouche obtenu dans l'étape (3) est collé par pressage et chauffage dans un autoclave ; et une étape (5) dans laquelle le film stratifié dépassant des bords des plaques de verre courbes est coupé.
