In a process for returning finely dispersed solids discharged from a reactor vessel (1) with a carrier gas through a discharge point (2) of the reactor vessel (1) to a return point (15) of the reactor vessel (1), the solids are separated in a solid separator (4), in particular a cyclone separator, then returned with a carrier gas to the reactor vessel (1) while a differential pressure is maintained between the solid separator (4) and the return point (15). When the solids enter the reactor vessel (1), they are at least partially gasified and/or burned with oxygen supplied for that purpose. To enable the solids to be returned without moving parts which would be exposed to abrasion, in a continuous and controlled manner, the separated solids are directly and continuously aspirated by the solid separator (4) by means of a propellant gas and by an injector effect, accelerated and supplied to the reactor vessel (1).
Selon ce procédé de retour au récipient (1) d'un réacteur à travers un point de retour (15) d'une matière solide finement déchargée avec un gaz porteur du récipient (1) du réacteur à travers un point de décharge (2) du récipient (1) du réacteur, les matières solides sont séparées dans un séparateur (4) de matières solides, notamment un séparateur à cyclone, puis ramenées dans un gaz vecteur au récipient (1) du réacteur, une pression différentielle étant maintenue entre le séparateur de matières solides (4) et le point de retour (15). En entrant dans le récipient (1) du réacteur, les matières solides sont au moins partiellement gazéifiées et/ou brûlées par amenée d'oxygène. Afin de ramener les matières solides sans utiliser des pièces mobiles, donc exposées à l'abrasion, de manière continue et réglable, les matières solides séparées sont aspirées de manière directe et continue par le séparateur (4) de matières solides, au moyen d'un gaz propulseur et par un effet injecteur, accélérées et ramenées au récipient (1) du réacteur.
